Shirley has been teaching and painting since 1972 or so and opened LadyBug Art Center in 1973. Since 1985 we have been publishing decorative painting instruction books and have been privileged to work with some really wonderful people.

We are located in Springfield, MO, though we are building a new office and expect to move just outside of town late this summer. We will have a Rogersville, MO address after we've moved. If you are not familiar with the area, we are just 45 minutes north of Branson, MO, the country music mecca. Stop by to see us if you're headed that way. Springfield is also the home of the SMS Lady Bears, the much loved basketball team that made the NCAA Women's Final Four this year.
